MeetArts Unveils “Beyond the Panels: A Virtual Anime Art Experience”

MeetArts, a digital art platform and member of Business for Good, is proud to announce the launch of its annual Art in Action event with its latest virtual reality exhibition, Beyond the Panels: A Virtual Anime Art Experience, on July 7th, 2025. Featuring 36 pieces of digital anime art from digital artists @unower_s and @simplyhalina, this immersive showcase transports visitors into a vibrant world of anime artwork.

Beyond the Panels invites viewers to wander through interactive galleries showcasing each artist's graphic technique. The two artists have amassed followings on both Instagram and Twitter, recreating popular characters in their own artistic styles for their fans. The exhibition will include a virtual walkthrough where viewers can listen to the artists’ intentions behind each piece displayed. Select works will be available for purchase in small, medium, and large prints, and both artists are open to commission inquiries.

“We wanted to break the mold of traditional art shows,” says Founder Irene Chong. “By combining anime’s storytelling power with VR’s immersive possibilities, we’re creating a global stage for these artists, and building new bridges between Singapore and the U.S. art market.”
