Welcome to #MeetArts! Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the #MeetArts website and/or mobile application (collectively the “Platform”) so that you are aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to Meetarts Pte Ltd of UEN202122913W.

The “Services” we provide or make available include (a) the website, (b) the mobile application, (c) any applicable services provided on the website and mobile application and (d) any other materials made available through the Platform. Any new features added to or augmenting the Services are also subject to these Terms.

By using any of our Services (even just browsing one of our websites), you’re agreeing to the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.

#MeetArts has the right to revise these Terms at any time without notifying you. Your continued use of our Services and Platform shall mean that you acknowledge and agree to the acceptance of those revisions.

#MeetArts reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate any portion of the Platform or the Services at any time.

#MeetArts as the sole owner reserves the right to refuse your access to the Platform or Services for any reason.

Just as your privacy is important to you, it is also important to us. For a comprehensive understanding of your privacy, our #MeetArts Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices in detail. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to #MeetArts’ collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Content that you post using our Services is your content (“Content”). We do not make claim to any of it, which includes anything you post using our Services such as, but not limited to, shop names, profile pictures, listing photos, listing descriptions, reviews, comments and usernames. By using our Services, you agree not to, where applicable:

1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that may be deemed as unlawful, harmful, abusive, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy or otherwise objectionable;
2. abuse the Services by impersonating any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
3. manipulate any Content by disguising the origin of it;
4. use the Services for any commercial purpose or benefit any third party not permitted by the licenses granted herein;
5. use the Services for fraudulent purposes;
6. attempt to decompile or hack the Services;
7. harvest or collect any information about the other users of the Site such as, but not limited to, any personal data or information;
8. engage in any conduct that could directly or indirectly damage, disable or impair the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;
9. use the Services to violate any national or international law, rule, code, guideline, policy or regulation intentionally or unintentionally

By posting your Content through our Services, you grant #MeetArts a license to use it. We do not claim any ownership to your Content but you acknowledge and agree that we have your permission to use them to improve our Services and Platform at #MeetArts such as, but not limited to, promoting them on our Platform.

By posting your Content, you grant #MeetArts a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of your Content. This will allow us to promote both #MeetArts and your #MeetArts shop, or any Services in general, in any formats and through any channels, including any #MeetArts Services, our partners or third-party websites or advertising medium.

By posting your Content, you understand that you hold the sole responsibility from where the Content originated from. This means that you, and not #MeetArts, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through our Platform. Under no circumstances will #MeetArts be liable in any way for any Content such as, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use and/or reliance of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on the Platform.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that #MeetArts may access, preserve and disclose your personal information and Content if required to do so by law or pursuant to an order of a court or by any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over #MeetArts or when we believe that access, preservation and/or disclosure is necessary.

All proprietary Content, trademarks, service marks, logos and other intellectual property displayed in the Platform are the property of #MeetArts and where applicable, third-party proprietors identified in the Platform. You do not have the right or license to use, reproduce or claim any such proprietary Content, trademarks, service marks, logos and other intellectual property. By using or accessing the Services you acknowledge and agree to comply with the copyright, trademark, service mark, and all other applicable laws that protect the Services, the Platform and its Content.

You understand that #MeetArts does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. At #MeetArts, we only provide the venue and the items on our Platform are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers. In no event #MeetArts makes any warranties about the quality, safety, authenticity, or the legality of the item you bought or the seller you interacted with. Any legal claim related to an item you bought must be brought directly against the seller of the item.

By using our Services and Platform, you may come across materials that you find offensive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate. We make no representations concerning any content posted by our users through the Services and Platform. #MeetArts is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance or legality of the Content posted by users you have interacted with through the Services.

Our Services and Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or have control over. When you access such third-party services, we are not liable for anything that happens after you do so, and you are doing so at your own risk. The third parties may require you to accept their own terms of use and #MeetArts is not a party to those agreements; their terms of use are solely between you and the third party.

You acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless #MeetArts from any legal claim or demand that arises from your actions, your use of our Services, your breach of the Terms, or you or your account’s infringement of someone else’s rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of any kind whatsoever shall arising out of or relating to these Terms against or relating to #MeetArts or any indemnified party under these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules"), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this section.
